Kia Ora Everybody,
Yesterday was our first day back at school. That means that we had a relaxing day simply easing back into our school work. For our first activity of the day we all drew a orca. After we drew the orca we wrote down all the facts that came in the video as well. I think that this is a good oppurtunity to learn something new about our sea animals. 1. They like eating stingray
2. They have a really tall and distinctive fin
3. Orcas are the biggest of the dolphin family
4. They are distinguishable because of their black and white colour
5. Their fins are like paddles
6. They have very small ears

9. The blow hole is like a nostril
10. Orcas have boulbus heads
11. Their tails are called flukes
